Climb the Talk-Stalk

Climb the Talk-stalk is an experimental XR stand-up meeting concept exploring how future workspaces might visualise participation, time, and collaboration through a shared spatial metaphor. Instead of verbal reminders or rigid moderation, conversation itself becomes visible. A growing beanstalk represents collective progress, while each participant is symbolised by a leaf that responds in real time to participation. By turning time and contribution into shared visual signals, the concept proposes a calmer, more inclusive way to run meetings without disrupting natural conversation.
